Mark graduated from the University of British Columbia law school.

Having practiced in all areas of litigation for over 40 years, Mark has a wealth of experience. He is the founder of Davie & Associates and has appeared in the Supreme Court of Canada, the BC Court of Appeal and the BC Supreme Court. In addition to conducting trials in front of Judges, Mark has also been very successful with Jury trials.

In addition to his experience in the courtroom, Mark has negotiated great results in advance or trial and in mediations.

Mark’s strengths lie in his attention to detail and his focus on preparation. Mark is never caught with his guard down, and he is always ready with a range of different arguments. Not only is he a great advocate in the courtroom, but he also has a highly developed ability to read witnesses.
