Jason graduated from the University of British Columbia law school.

Jason’s entire career has been spent at Davie & Associates, practicing as a trial lawyer. He’s run many British Columbia Supreme Court trials, both in front of a judge and in front of a jury. Jason also has some experience in the Provincial Court of British Columbia.

In addition to his success at trial, Jason has achieved great results through negotiations and through mediations. Jason recognizes the benefits of attempting to resolve matters before trial, and he always works hard to explore this option.

Jason’s strengths lie in his creativity, relatability and work ethic. He is known to work long hours when necessary. Jason is very easy to talk with and can simplify even the most complex legal issues.

Jason is the managing partner at Davie & Associates and has been with the firm since 2004. If you’re looking for an approachable lawyer who will work hard to get you results, then you’ve found him!

In his spare time, Jason will be found spending time with his family or outdoors, actively enjoying the lakes and mountains. He plays on multiple soccer teams and helps to coach his daughters’ teams. His friends would describe Jason as being quick-witted and thoughtful.
